STRAWBERRY SPIKED LEMONADE
Ingredients: per glass
3 ounces lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar
6 ounces water
2 ounces vodka (optional)
Add lemon juice, sugar, vodka and water
Stir until sugar dissolves
Top with ice and garnish with lemon slice
For non-alcoholic drinks:
Add 8 ounces of water to the mix
PEPPER CHICKEN AND RICE
1/3 cup rice
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 green/red bell pepper Toasted sesame seeds Cooked rice
Combine rst three ingredients in a large bowl, add diced chicken, let stand 15 min.
Heat skillet, cook chicken until done, sautee peppers
In small saucepan, bring leftover sauce to a boil, brush over chicken and peppers
- Serve on rice, sprinkle sesame seeds
ARNOLD PALMER POPSICLES
1 black tea bag
3 tbsp sugar
2 cups lemonade
Steep tea bag in 1 1/2 cups of hot water for 4-5 min., add sugar and 1/2 cup of lemonade
Cool for 10 min.
Fill popsicle molds halfway with sweetend tea, freeze 30-40 min.
Repeat step 3 with lemonade, freeze 30 min.
Insert sticks, freeze until solid
